The way to reach Tot Up is by email, at hello@tot-up.com. It comes straight to me: Tot Up is made and run by one person in the UK.

What to write about

• Questions about the game, or anything on this site that isn’t clear.
• Ideas for making Tot Up better.
• An answer you think the game marked wrong. Tell me the day and the round, and the moves you made if you remember them, and I’ll look into it. A screenshot helps.
• League problems, such as a league link that won’t open.
• Privacy and your data, including asking for a copy or having it deleted. The privacy page explains what Tot Up keeps. There are no accounts, so I may need to ask a question or two to be sure the data is yours.
• A mistake on these pages, for example if the exam details on the mental maths page change.

When you’ll hear back

Every reply comes from one person, so it may take a few days. Requests about your data get an answer within a month. There’s no contact form and no chat, just email.
